Ten unethical blogging practices

Unethical bloggerAt the outset, let me request you not to get into a negative mindset after reading the title of the post. It is not like all bloggers indulge themselves into unethical blogging practices or methods to get fame, visibility or money. However, I have seen a few of them getting into wrong ways of doing things primarily with the intention of making it big in a very short time. Just 2 much! Two tiny widgets to improve the reach and accessibility of your content

ConveyThisNot all popular blogs are originating from English speaking countries - nor are the readers themselves. So if you have a great English blog (other languages as well!) and you want to increase the reach of the same, what would you do? Simple! ConveyThis - Language translation widget

This is an amazing little widget that provides a button (and a language dropdown box) to translate the content of the current page to your language of choice. This internally uses translators like Google Language Tools and Yahoo! Babel Fish to carry out the translation on the fly and display your blog or website in the target language.

Then we will quickly cover a few tips to improve the situation. Please note that I will not be talking too much about Search Engine Optimization or where to find hot keywords etc.

Writer’s BlockHave you ever faced a situation where you don’t have enough topics to write on your blog? Or even worse - you have a topic in mind, but don’t have enough stock information to get started and expand it into a decent post. And finally the worst scenario - there’s no motivation or drive (internal or external) to continue posting!

If the above description explains your situation, you are suffering from what is known as the ‘writer’s block’. I had written a short post sometime back on using the skribit widget to get rid of writer’s block. In this post I would like to share some methods that I personally use to keep writing continuously - well, almost.
