@Hussein, you must be more experienced on that front I mean, when it comes to paid reviews, purchased backlinks

@Barbara, avoiding irrelevant content always rate the pages higher (when keywords, title and page description is compared with the relevant page content). An example of a totally irrelevant post (with respect to what the blog stands for) can be found here… And what about the readers, forget search engines.

@Simon, the PR is about content quality and how that quality is consumed by others (reference, backlinks etc). Also what matters is how the content is structured.

@Kim, I did not mean that one should comment on blogs of own niche alone But when people make their blog comments no ‘nofollow’ the keywords and linking URL niche comes into play… Hope you got my point. For the comments that don’t follow, there’s no issue at all!

@TechnoSamrat, thanks for the kind words. You are absolutely right, as soon as getting a high PR (that too only for the homepage) there’s no rush to make money immediately as you could get back to PR0 in the next update Btw, I have started putting some text-links in the side bar. Just want to see how Google PR algorithm react to it in the next update.

@Third World Geek, update frequency is very important as it tunes the Google bot’s visit frequency as well. I am more or less convinced that Google bot must be passive good enough intelligence to the PR algorithm/update tools on this front. For example, TRB was discontinued only 1.5 months prior to the PR update but it fell from PR5 to PR3 immediately.

@Tammy Well, there is no need to hurry and incorporate all these tips immediately. As you are rightly doing, creating good content and conveying your message is the most important thing! Rest will follow you mostly… I like people like you and Barbara for the steady approach

It seems like so much to keep track of although many of these things I would never do.

Really? That seems very limiting – a number of people who visit my site don’t write on the same topics that I do but I am still interested in what they have to say and comment on their sites. Or is there more about blindly commenting on do follow sites? I don’t know seems rather limiting …
