I stumbled upon this single service website called ShowOffRankings.com. This site offers a simple widget that displays your blog ranks – ie. The Google PR, Alexa, Compete and Technorati ranks – all of them neatly arranged either vertically, horizondally or as a square while consuming very little of the screen real estate.
This is one of the easiest widgets to use. All that you need to do is to visit their website, enter your blog URL there, select your blog PR, select the ranks that you want to display, select the style and click generate. Now you can paste the generated code snippets into your header area (the style sheet) as well wherever (e.g. Sidebar) you want to display the actual widget.

I had reviewed PerformancingAds blog advertising solution a couple of months ago. At that time this blog ad network was just getting established and as a fresh subscriber I was not having much success with it. Right now, however, things seem to be a little better and they have sent across my first month’s earnings via PayPal yesterday. (Click here for the payment proof)

I recently stopped running their ads to do yet another experiment with another network (Project Wonderful). However, I have the following findings on PerformancingAds after my 1.5 months long stint with them.

I have been thinking about moving to a better web hosting partner for a couple of months now. The problem I am facing with my current hosting provider is that they support only shared hosting. Since this blog is growing in readership and traffic, I need to switch to a cheap web hosting solution that also has the upgrade possibility from shared to dedicated hosting and that’s when I stumbled upon Lypha.com.
The cheap web hosting solutions from Lypha is really exciting. For as low as $6.95 per month you get professional web hosting experience that offers a free domain for life, unlimited domain hosting, unlimited bandwidth transfer, unlimited hosting space, unlimited POP email accounts and a lot more.

Earlier this week I had requested my blogger readers to come up with catchy single words that describe their blogs. I got some very good response to this little opinion post and some answers were really intriguing, some others were funky while majority of them were pretty straight forward single words that symbolized these individuals’ blog or their brand.
The word that I used to describe D$ was ‘monetize‘ which probably was the least interesting of all
– perhaps I should put more thoughts into it next time around! The following are some of the coolest single word responses that I got. As promised, I am giving link love to not just the top 10 but all of you who responded well. Moreover, picking the top ten all by myself is not an easy job.
